3. Ordering and Payment

a. Quotations and Proposals:

• Quotations and proposals provided by ARIÈ CLUB LTD are valid for a specified period, and the agreed-upon terms within the proposal will constitute the basis for the service contract.

b. Payment Terms:

• Clients agree to adhere to the payment terms outlined in the project proposal. Payment schedules and methods will be specified, and services will commence upon receipt of the initial payment.

4. Intellectual Property

a. Client Content:

• Clients are responsible for providing any necessary content, including text, images, and branding materials. Clients retain ownership of their content.

b. Final Deliverables:

• Upon full payment, clients will receive the final deliverables, and ARIÈ CLUB LTD grants clients a non-exclusive license to use the completed work for its intended purpose.

5. Confidentiality

ARIÈ CLUB LTD agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose, share, or use any confidential information for purposes other than providing the agreed-upon services.

6. Revisions and Modifications

Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions or major modifications may incur extra charges.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

a. Cancellation by Client:

• If a client decides to cancel the project after commencement, they may be subject to cancellation fees based on the work completed.

b. Cancellation by ARIÈ CLUB LTD:

• ARIÈ CLUB LTD reserves the right to cancel a project if unforeseen circumstances arise. In such cases, clients will be refunded any prepaid fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

ARIÈ CLUB LTD is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
